321 Go! provides FREE support to help HPD asset-managed properties that have not yet completed their Article 321 compliance and are at risk of DOB fines. This includes buildings that submitted a Mediated Resolution requiring the completion of work within the agreed upon timeline with the DOB, and buildings who failed to submit and face the risk of penalties if they do not act.
The program leverages the technical expertise of Kinetic Communities Consulting and Cadence OneFive's powerful Momentum platform to help your building comply with LL97.
